Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Worker to manage resources and provide support to residents, preventing risks and vulnerabilities in a senior residential facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of placements and maintenance of clinical records 2. Development of Individualized Care Plans (ICPs) 3. Design and evaluation of users' personal care An officially qualified Social Worker is required for a temporary replacement position at a senior residential facility in Córdoba. Main responsibilities will include placement management, maintenance of residents' clinical records, development of Individualized Care Plans (ICPs), and design and evaluation of users' personal care. The objective is to effectively manage available resources to prevent and address situations of risk and vulnerability among residents. This position has an initial estimated duration of 60 days and offers full-time hours from 8:00 to 15:00\. Remuneration will be €1\.456 gross per month. Please note that this is an interim contract, so the exact duration may vary.
