At Consultores de Empresas, we are looking for passionate, results-oriented individuals to join a major construction company as a Traveling Salesperson for the interior of Córdoba (Villa María and surrounding areas). What will be your mission? Drive the company’s commercial growth by developing new market areas, expanding and retaining the customer portfolio, and identifying opportunities in the construction sector. Your contribution will be key to achieving sales targets and positioning the company as a leader in the industry. Your main challenges will be: - Develop new areas and open markets in the interior of Córdoba. - Retain and expand the active customer portfolio. - Identify business opportunities on construction sites. - Negotiate and close commercial transactions. - Analyze competitors’ pricing and products. - Manage CRM and report progress to the Commercial Management team. - Collaborate with Marketing to enhance sales tools. What are we looking for in you? - Minimum 5 years of verifiable sales experience (preferably in construction). - Strong negotiation skills and results orientation. - Autonomy, self-management, and proactivity. - Proficiency in CRM and commercial reporting. - Personal mobility (mandatory). - Residence in Córdoba or willingness to travel throughout the province. - Education in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or Civil Engineering will be valued. - Knowledge of precast and prestressed concrete will be a plus! Work location and modality: Interior of Córdoba (Villa María and surrounding areas).
