Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end logistics and operations management in WMS and SAP. 2. Inventory control and deviation resolution. 3. Ongoing coordination and communication with operational departments and customers. We are looking for a Senior Logistics Administrator to join a major company located in the Pilar area. Main responsibilities: Workflow Management (Inbound and Outbound): Execution and recording of movements in WMS and SAP. Inventory Control: Conducting cyclic inventories and SAP vs. WMS reconciliations. Planning inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy. Identifying, reporting, and tracking deviations until resolution. Dispatch and Documentation Management: Preparing picklists with unique shipment IDs, labeling, and documentation. Uploading documents to tax platforms and delivering documentation to carriers. Foreign Trade and Returns. Efficient email management, responding to customer inquiries, and ongoing coordination with various operational departments.
