




Position Summary: Junior Payroll Analyst to provide support to senior functions, execute low-complexity processes, and deliver information and guidance regarding salary-related claims. Claims analysis and collaboration in continuous improvement Grupo Gestión, a leading company in professional services for recruitment, selection, and human capital management with over 28 years of experience, is currently seeking a Junior Payroll Analyst. · Objective: Provide support to senior team members within the payroll area by executing low-complexity payroll processing tasks. Deliver information and guidance to the Payroll Department and the Contact Center in response to salary-related claims. · Requirements: - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll Processing. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Knowledge of payroll processing. - Must reside in areas near Pacheco (mandatory). · Responsibilities: Internal Customer Service Management Provide service through the company’s official channels to internal departments, ensuring excellence aligned with customer expectations and corporate guidelines. · Pre-Payroll Control Assist in monitoring pre-payroll calculations for external collaborators to minimize potential errors and ensure accuracy in payroll processes. · Efficient Communication Management Receive updates and requests via email and provide prompt, effective responses to meet service expectations for customers. · Request for Payroll Concepts Request payroll concepts and cost centers assigned to the Back Office department, subject to prior validation by the department’s designated supervisor. · Claims Analysis and Follow-up Analyze salary-related claims generated by the Contact Center and Payroll Department, consult with customers as needed, and follow up to ensure effective resolution. · Salary Advance Management Receive salary advance requests submitted via the virtual branch or email, validate such requests, and proceed with corresponding system entry. · Final Settlements and Vacation Record Keeping Record final settlement and vacation requests for subsequent processing and payroll execution. · Payroll File Maintenance Maintain an updated payroll file for selection purposes, ensuring necessary information remains available for future recruitment processes. · Continuous Improvement Collaboration Actively identify opportunities for improvement in payroll-related processes and propose solutions to enhance departmental efficiency. · Specific Project Collaboration Participate in specific projects assigned by management to foster ongoing skill development and contribute to the growth of the payroll department. · Work Modality: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote).
