Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM architect for international residential projects, responsible for modeling, coordination, and clash detection in Revit. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and clash detection We are looking for a BIM architect to join our team to work on residential projects abroad. Responsibilities include: * Modeling and/or system refinement in Revit (e.g., MEP) * Coordination and clash detection to resolve construction issues * Modeling of components and elements with high level of detail General Requirements: * Licensed architect with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Revit, including full modeling and coordination of MEP and structural systems * Advanced proficiency in Revit * Experience working for international clients, preferably on small-to-medium-sized residential projects * Intermediate-to-advanced English (professional-level fluency for working in a foreign language) Please submit your CV, professional portfolio, and references for consideration.
