The primary objective of this position is comprehensive branch management, ensuring achievement of commercial, operational, and financial goals while promoting a team aligned with the organization’s culture of excellence and results. On-site position. Work location: Villa María, Córdoba Main Responsibilities: Business Management: Plan and execute commercial strategy, analyzing margins and profitability, and identifying new growth opportunities with existing and potential customers. Team Leadership: Lead and develop direct reports by defining priorities, fostering a collaborative work environment, and identifying training needs. Institutional Relations: Strengthen commercial relationships with local producers, customers, and strategic suppliers. Operational Management: Supervise logistics, administration, and customer service processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal policies. Strategy and Market: Analyze competitors and sector trends to propose actions enhancing the company’s regional positioning. Requirements: Residency in the area or willingness to relocate. Availability to travel within the region as required by business needs. What Profile Are We Seeking? Education: Preferably university graduates in Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Experience: Proven prior experience in commercial management and team leadership, preferably within the agribusiness sector or related industrial sectors.
