Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the management of events and academic activities, supporting attendee accreditation and organizing the necessary services for the successful execution of these activities. Additionally, you will participate in setting up and dismantling catering services for students and faculty, and provide on-site operational assistance during courses and events. **Main responsibilities include:** Receiving, controlling, and arranging the supplies required for the daily catering service provided to students and faculty during courses and events. Setting up and dismantling the catering service before and after each activity. Attendee accreditation and orientation during academic events and activities. Operational assistance in preparing and verifying technical resources used in classes and events (microphones, LED screen connections, laptops, internet, PCs). Operational support during on-site events. Occasional assistance in distributing materials or other supplies intended for students and faculty.
