Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** Provide end-to-end leadership of the accounting cycle and tax compliance for operations in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. The incumbent will ensure the integrity of financial statements while simultaneously guaranteeing efficient tax management and adherence to internal controls within a volatile regional environment. Key Responsibilities: * Closing and Reporting Management: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for the Southern Cone under local regulations and IFRS. * Tax Management: Oversee calculation and payment of direct and indirect taxes; ensure proper accounting treatment of deferred tax and tax provisions (including Inflation Adjustment in Argentina); perform effective tax rate analysis and reconciliations to identify tax efficiencies. Ensure compliance with local Transfer Pricing regulations aligned with the company’s global strategy. * Operational Control: Supervise accounting entries, general ledgers, and account reconciliations, ensuring they accurately reflect each country’s tax and operational reality. * Compliance and Internal Control: Ensure effectiveness of SOX controls and lead follow-up on action plans. * Audits and Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate relationships with external and internal auditors, manage audit requests, and support financial and tax audit processes. * Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement and automation in closing and tax compliance processes to enhance regional efficiency. * Team Leadership: Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team distributed across Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * Education: Certified Public Accountant (mandatory), preferably with specialization in Tax or Finance. * Experience: Solid experience in similar Controller or Tax roles, preferably within multinational companies with regional reporting responsibilities. * Strong expertise in closing processes, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks (SOX). * Advanced knowledge of accounting treatment of taxes (IFRS, NIF, IAS 12). * Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred). * Competencies: Analytical and organized profile, with strong leadership capability, autonomy in decision-making, and resilience in dynamic, changing environments. #LI-RF2 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
