They replace manual workflows with production-grade systems that automate broker deal intake, document extraction, financial normalization, and portfolio reporting. **The Role**We are hiring a hands-on engineer to design and ship end-to-end automation systems across two active client engagements. This is a builder role — not advisory. You will own architecture, implementation, reliability, and delivery. Core focus areas: * Workflow automation (n8n) * AI-powered document extraction (LLMs + Azure Document Intelligence) * Headless browser automation * Notion-based operational systems * Financial data normalization and reporting * Pipeline reliability (logging, retries, idempotency) **Key Responsibilities**### **1. Deal Intake Automation** * Monitor acquisitions inbox via n8n * Extract broker data and attachments * Classify documents (OM, rent roll, T12, etc.) using LLMs * Extract structured property data * Generate investment summaries * Create fully structured Notion deal records * Implement logging, retry logic, and error handling ### **2. Broker Portal Automation** * Build headless browser scripts (Playwright / Puppeteer) * Log into broker portals and execute CAs * Download deal room files * Route files into SharePoint pipeline * Maintain and adapt to UI changes **3. Notion System Architecture*** Design relational databases (Deals, Properties, Contacts, Tasks, Documents) * Migrate CRM and project management workflows * Build automation hooks via Notion API * Deliver persona-based dashboards **4.
