




Position Summary: We are seeking an Application Development and Digital Architecture Leader to lead the design, evolution, and assurance of architectural consistency and technical quality of applications, driving innovation and team mentoring. An Application Development and Digital Architecture Leader to join a client company. · Work location: Olivos Work mode: Hybrid (minimum two days per week on-site) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. · What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead the design, development, and evolution of backend and frontend applications, ensuring architectural consistency and technical quality. Define software architecture guidelines, design patterns, and development standards. Make key technical decisions regarding frameworks, tools, architectures, and implementation strategies. Coordinate and supervise development teams’ work, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and objectives. Coordinate and supervise outsourced development, acting as the technical reference point for software vendors and technology partners. Actively participate in planning, estimation, and prioritization of technical initiatives. Design and implement web and distributed architectures, preferably cloud-native and scalable. Ensure proper system integration via APIs and services. Drive CI/CD practices, automation, testing, and observability. Guarantee application security and compliance with best practices. Act as a technical reference and mentor for the team, promoting continuous learning. Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies that add value (AI in development, automation, serverless, etc.). Microsoft Platform / Backend Solid experience (+6 years) in .NET, preferably .NET 6 / 7 / 8. Proficiency in C# and development best practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture, DDD). Experience with ASP.NET Core (Web API / MVC). Advanced knowledge of Entity Framework Core. SQL Server expertise: modeling, performance, stored procedures, and optimization. Frontend / Web Experience (+3 years) developing and/or leading teams using ReactJS. Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Frontend-backend integration via REST APIs. Cloud & DevOps Practical experience (+3 years) with Microsoft Azure, including: App Services / Web Apps Azure SQL / Storage Azure Functions (desirable) Use of Azure DevOps: Git repositories CI/CD Pipelines Docker knowledge (desirable). Experience designing and operating scalable and resilient cloud architectures. Architecture, Quality and Security Design of web and distributed architectures. Knowledge of microservices (desirable). Implementation of unit and integration tests. Logging, monitoring, and alerting (observability) management. Web application security knowledge (authentication, authorization, roles, JWT, etc.). Skills and Competencies Technical leadership, with decision-making capability and ability to define guidelines. Experience coordinating and developing internal development teams and external vendors.
