We are currently looking for a Service, Documentation and Network Development Advisor to work at our branch in Río Tercero, Córdoba, Argentina. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Apply organizational management principles, values, and policies within the scope of assigned activities. * Comply with procedures, standards, and guidelines of the Technical Assistance Department, ensuring correct execution of operational tasks. * Contribute to keeping departmental processes and records up-to-date through proper document management, translation, and technical information entry. * Collaborate with Official Service Networks and internal teams in resolving general technical inquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication of information. * Translate, review, and update technical manuals, bulletins, and instructions in coordination with area leaders and Engineering, ensuring documentation accuracy and consistency. * Prepare technical and informational bulletins using data provided by technical contacts and designated official applications. * Participate in updating and controlling operation and spare parts manuals, coordinating reviews jointly with the Engineering Department. * Conduct scheduled visits and audits to Official Services using the established application or system, collecting technical and administrative information according to defined indicators. * Support follow-up on actions arising from audits and reports, ensuring proper internal documentation and communication. * Address operational technical inquiries from the Service Network, customers, or internal staff regarding product, installation, or maintenance topics within one’s technical competence level. * Assist Technical Advisors and other department members with operational support tasks, technical information translation, and report generation. * Maintain the technical documentation, bulletin, and manual repository up-to-date, ensuring orderly and controlled access to information. * Complete records, forms, and controls established in internal applications (PALDESK, SAP or others) related to service management. * Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department, providing input and observations derived from audits and technical visits. * Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures and regulations during job-related activities. **Competencies** ---------------- * Completed secondary education and/or currently enrolled in higher education, preferably technical or oriented toward after-sales service administration or related industrial sectors. * Proven experience in technical fields with advisory orientation: 3 years. * Intermediate English (not mandatory). * Ability to read and interpret drawings, manuals, and technical documentation. * Technical knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, or mechatronics. * Ability to prepare, review, and update technical documentation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Operational technical support for general inquiries regarding product, installation, and service, in collaboration with the Technical Assistance team. * Willingness to travel for audits and technical visits. **What We Offer** ----------------- * The opportunity to become part of the rapidly growing PALFINGER family. * Competitive compensation package. * A friendly and proactive team. * Training. * Development.
