Ensure data accuracy and monitor email deliverability and conversions We are looking for a detail\-oriented and technically skilled **Web Scraping \& Email Campaign Specialist** to support our lead generation and client outreach efforts. This role involves building and maintaining web scrapers to extract targeted data, and managing email campaigns to both existing and new clients. Key Responsibilities **Web Scraping** * Build and maintain web scrapers using tools such as Python (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium) or no\-code tools * Extract, clean, and structure data from various online sources * Ensure data accuracy, deduplication, and formatting for CRM use * Handle anti\-bot measures and site changes * Maintain scraping scripts and troubleshoot failures **Email Campaign Management** * Plan and execute outbound email campaigns * Manage cold outreach to new leads and nurturing campaigns for existing clients * Use tools like Instantly, Mailshake, Lemlist, Apollo, etc. * Monitor deliverability (SPF, DKIM, domain health) * A/B test subject lines, messaging, and sequences * Track open rates, reply rates, and conversions * Maintain clean email lists and avoid spam risks Requirements * Proven experience in **web scraping** * Strong understanding of **data extraction and automation** * Experience running **cold email campaigns** * Familiarity with email deliverability best practices * Basic understanding of **CRMs and lead management** * Strong attention to detail * Good English communication skills Bonus Skills * Python scripting * Proxy handling / CAPTCHA solving * Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn scraping, etc.) * Copywriting for cold emails Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $35,000\.00 \- $70,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
