What do we need from you? * Proven, solid experience in Genesys Cloud CX. * Experience in integrations with Salesforce. * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP). * Knowledge of telephony, SIP, and VoIP. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience configuring Service Cloud and call centers. * Specific experience with Connectors: + CTI (Client-Side): Configuration of Call Center Definitions, Single Sign-On (SSO), and handling of telephony events. + CX Cloud (Server-Side/Data): Familiarity with deep data integration, Work Engagement synchronization, and unified reporting. * Plus Skills: Knowledge of APEX (for customizing inbound logic) and Salesforce Flows. * Desired Competencies + Genesys Cloud Certified Professional (GCP) certification. + Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
