Illingworth Research Group is a global organization operating in over 45 countries, bringing clinical research directly into the home of the patient, to improve the experience of patients involved in clinical trials and the quality of their lives. * Administer complex and global payments to patients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with study protocols and policies. * Manage the reconciliation of travel invoices on project\-specific credit cards using appropriate financial platforms. * Ensure the accurate and timely processing of stipends and expense reimbursements. Perform detailed reconciliation between payment platforms and other financial systems to ensure accuracy. * Track and report on hours spent on project\-related reimbursement activities, contributing to budget management. * Provide data for financial reporting, including supporting monthly finance reporting and analysis. * Request and set up new study credit cards to facilitate travel bookings. * Provide the relevant study payment card details to the Project Management team and ensure the correct payment methods are being used to booked study related travel. * Maintain compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements in all patient payment activities. * Serve as the key point of contact between the Funding team, patient reimbursement, patient concierge and other internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of reimbursement and payment activities. * Collaborate with Patient Concierge Project Managers (PCS PMs) to ensure that payment processes are aligned with overall project objectives and timelines. * Represent the PCS team in client meetings, site initiation visits, and clinical investigator meetings, providing input on reimbursement strategies and ensuring client satisfaction. * Liaise with external partners, such as payment card vendors or third\-party financial service providers, to ensure smooth reimbursement operations and resolve any issues that arise. **Get to know Syneos Health** Over the past 5 years, we have worked with 94% of all Novel FDA Approved Drugs, 95% of EMA Authorized Products and over 200 Studies across 73,000 Sites and 675,000\+ Trial patients.
