What You Will Own * Managing and responding to customer communications across email, reviews, and social platforms * Tracking permits, licenses, and compliance items so nothing slips * Coordinating hiring workflows, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling * Turning vague priorities into task lists, timelines, and follow\-through * Closing loops with vendors, contractors, and internal team members * Reducing operational noise before it reaches the owner You are expected to decide what matters first and act.
