




Position Summary: A prominent NGO is seeking a professional to design and implement the institutional communication plan, manage digital channels, and coordinate internal and external communication. Integrate internal communication and prepare reports For a prominent NGO: \- Main responsibilities: Design and implement the annual institutional communication plan. Manage external communication channels (social media, email newsletters, and website). Develop campaigns for training programs, events, and membership initiatives. Manage communication with partners throughout their entire engagement lifecycle. Identify and systematize community needs to inform institutional proposals. Coordinate communication for networking and community spaces. Align communication on activities and projects across internal departments. Prepare periodic communication and community reports. \- Required experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in institutional communication (internal and/or external). Demonstrable experience in content writing and digital channel management. \- Education: Advanced student or graduate in Communications, Institutional Relations, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related fields. \- Required skills: Proficiency in email marketing and digital communication tools; experience using database management and segmentation tools; website management and updating (WordPress); social media management and content planning; basic digital asset editing tools (e.g., Canva or similar); and foundational knowledge of communication metrics.
