Bridge creative UI development and technical ad-tech operations **About the Role** Pacific Lead Group Inc. is looking for a high\-velocity Full Stack Developer to lead our digital infrastructure. You will be at the forefront of AI\-driven development, using v0 and Gemini to ship high\-converting landing pages daily and managing our complex tracking ecosystem. This is an independent contractor role for someone who can bridge the gap between creative UI development and technical ad\-tech operations. **Key Daily Responsibilities** * *AI\-Powered Development:* Use v0 by Vercel and Gemini on a daily basis to rapidly prototype and build production\-ready, high\-converting landing pages and websites. * *Ad\-Tech Operations:* Create and manage RedTrack campaign links daily, ensuring accurate tracking of traffic and conversion data. * *Call Tracking Integration:* Set up and troubleshoot Ringba configurations, including number pools and call tracking tags, to ensure seamless data flow with RedTrack. * *Vercel Ecosystem Management:* Deploy, host, and optimize all web assets through Vercel, maintaining high performance and security. * *Technical Support:* Assist the team with technical updates, campaign link creation, and troubleshooting tracking issues. * *System Automation:* Automate backend processes and integrate APIs to support traffic monetization systems. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * *AI Proficiency:* Expert\-level knowledge of v0 (for UI generation) and Gemini (for code and content assistance). * *Vercel Expertise:* Proven experience deploying and managing modern React/Next.js applications on the Vercel platform. * *Tracking Experience:* Significant experience with RedTrack (campaign setup, postbacks) and Ringba (pay\-per\-call tracking) is highly preferred. * *Platform Knowledge:* Familiarity with Everflow, C\-Panel, Namecheap, Convertri, and Ringba. * *Commitment:* Ability to work full\-time, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day (8 am – 4 pm EST). **Compensation \& Terms** * *Monthly Rate:* $1,200 \- 2,200 USD. * *Location:* 100% Remote. * *Exclusivity:* Exclusive commitment regarding lead generation video production services. * *Termination:* 14 days' written notice required by either party.
