Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure scientific integrity and compliance. **Description** Our client is a clinical\-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS\-addicted cancers. The company’s R\&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. **The Opportunity:** Syneos Health is seeking two Field Medical Advisors (FMAs) to support clinical trial programs in oncology across Latin America. This recruitment requires one FMA to be a resident of Brazil and one FMA to be a resident of Argentina. This role will be instrumental in driving the scientific excellence, clinical insight, and medical strategy supporting our oncology pipeline and marketed products. The Medical Advisor ensures scientific integrity and alignment with global and LATAM medical affairs objectives. The position will require close collaboration with cross\-functional partners including clinical development, regulatory, commercial, HEOR, market access, and field medical teams. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement the Medical Affairs strategy and tactical plans for assigned products and therapeutic areas, tailored to the local LATAM market (Argentina or Brazil). * Establish and maintain trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), investigators, and healthcare professionals across LATAM countries (Argentina or Brazil). * Provide medical oversight and scientific input to cross\-functional teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance standards. * Contribute to medical input in promotional and non\-promotional materials, internal training, and advisory boards. * Plan and execute national medical meetings, symposia, and congress participation to enhance scientific visibility. * Support investigator\-initiated trials and local clinical research activities in collaboration with global and regional teams. * Monitor the competitive and scientific landscape to inform internal strategy and provide actionable medical insights. * Partner with HEOR and market access to develop real\-world evidence and outcomes research projects. * Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (local regulations in LATAM) * Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations and CROs, including site selection, Site Initiation Visits, and investigator engagement * Provide scientific review to ensure medical accuracy in materials developed by cross functional teams, including non promotional content and internal scientific training. **Requirements:** * Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD) required; oncology experience strongly preferred. * Minimum 8\-10 years of experience in Medical Affairs or related functions in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. * Strong understanding of oncology clinical development, evidence generation, and treatment landscape. * Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific and clinical data effectively. * Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, academic researchers, and medical societies. * Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. * Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese and English (written and spoken). * Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross\-functional, and multicultural environment. * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%). **Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:** * Prior experience supporting oncology product launches or lifecycle management activities. * Strong network within the corresponding country oncology community” (Argentina or Brazil) * Experience leading or supporting investigator\-initiated or real\-world evidence studies. * Knowledge of the corresponding country healthcare system, reimbursement structures, and compliance requirements (Argentina or Brazil) * Track record in publication planning, congress presentations, and scientific communications.
