Structure must now match ambition. **Role** -------- We are hiring a Chief of Staff to improve execution quality across the company. This role exists to bring structure, clarity, and follow\-through. The CEO should not be tracking small tasks, writing follow\-up notes, or chasing updates. You will build the systems that prevent that.
