Configure security policies and traffic optimization settings to ensure optimal performance. Implement and maintain security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of data in transit. Continuously monitor network connectivity to proactively identify and address issues. Provide technical support to internal users regarding connectivity and communication services. Maintain detailed technical documentation on the configuration and operation of the communication infrastructure. Requirements Experience as a Network Administrator. (MANDATORY) Have served as the second level of incident and complaint resolution. Have administered and maintained routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network devices.
