Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineer to develop and manage industrial maintenance plans, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with quality and safety policies. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the development and monitoring of equipment maintenance plans. 2. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of equipment performance. 3. Manage quality, food safety, environmental, and safety aspects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement maintenance plans for winery machinery and equipment, defining methods, tools, and execution timelines. * Monitor field execution of maintenance plans in coordination with Operations, Stores, Procurement, and Workshop. * Define and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for the area. * Promote continuous improvement of maintenance plans by optimizing timelines, methods, and equipment performance. * Audit and monitor autonomous maintenance plans and operational standards. * Manage quality, food safety, environmental, and safety aspects, ensuring compliance with company policies. Requirements **Requirements:** * Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electronic Engineer (degree completed). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance, engineering, or management control. * Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and equipment management. * Proficiency in Excel and IT tools (Pivot, Query). * Basic technical English.
