Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and continuous team learning EPAM is searching for an experienced **Senior Functional Tester** to take charge of daily testing activities for a gaming project in an on\-site setting. In this position, you will coordinate testing schedules, act as the main contact for client QA communications, review team performance, and contribute to recruitment and onboarding efforts. No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential. **Responsibilities** * Assign and manage daily responsibilities for the Test Team to ensure high\-priority tasks are completed * Serve as the primary liaison between the Client’s QA Analysts and the Test Team, handling all incoming requests * Track and record team metrics, including attendance, challenges, and escalations * Evaluate and document tester performance and project contributions * Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members * Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate defects or blockers that impact team progress **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of practical experience in software testing * Ability to analyze project documentation and operate effectively in VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) environments with limited direction * Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and reporting testing activities for teams * Advanced proficiency in installing and running builds on gaming consoles and mobile devices, and in training others on these processes * Background in leading teams of 5\-20 testers on established projects or building testing processes from scratch * Experience in knowledge sharing, onboarding, and upskilling team members * Thorough understanding of software quality assurance and the software development lifecycle * Skilled in assessing both theoretical and practical abilities of candidates, offering feedback, and recommending suitable roles or projects * Able to work independently and manage tasks without direct supervision * Fully accountable for the results of assigned testing duties * Handles confidential client information with discretion * Collaborates well and inspires motivation within the team * Encourages continuous learning through hands\-on experience and available resources * Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) at B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Experience in game testing environments * Personal gaming background with exposure to a range of modern titles and genres * ISTQB certification, especially "Certified Tester Game Testing (CT\-GaMe)" or similar credentials **We offer** * Connectivity Bonus (25,000 ARS are paid with a salary receipt at the end of each month as a non\-wages concept). * Medicina Prepaga (It covers the collaborator and direct family group). * Paternity Leave (Two additional days are added to what is established by law, total of 4 days). * Discounts card. * English Training (English lessons, twice per week). * Training Program (Access to multiple customized training plans according to the needs of each role within the company). * Marriage bonus (The company doubles the allowance established by law that ANSES offers). * Referral Program (Referral bonus is paid when the referral of a collaborator joins the Company). * External Agreements and Discounts. * Vacations: 14 calendar days a year *By applying to our role, you are agreeing that your personal data may be used as in set out in EPAM´s Privacy Notice and Policy.*
