We offer training for licensed clinicians, researchers, and teams supporting psychedelic clinical trials, with a strong commitment to clinical rigor, psychological safety, and ethical integrity in psychedelic therapy. **Role: Full\-Stack Developer (Contract)** **Compensation:** $3,500–$5,000 USD/month (depending on experience) **Type:** Remote, Contract (6 months, extendable) We’re looking for a pragmatic, security\-minded Full\-Stack Developer to help build and scale Fluence’s B2B products used by clinicians, researchers, and organizations in psychedelic\-assisted therapy and mental health. You’ll work closely with and report to our Senior AI \& Design Lead to turn product requirements into robust, secure, and well\-documented applications, as well as maintain existing ones. **What you’ll do** * Build and maintain full\-stack web applications using **React** and **Next.js**. * Architect reliable, performant backends and APIs; familiarity with **AWS** (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, Cognito, etc.) is important. AWS Bedrock and AWS CloudTrail experience is a plus. * Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role\-based access for clinician, admin, and other user workflows. * Design data models and flows with privacy, auditability, and regulatory considerations in mind. * Integrate with internal and external APIs and third\-party services used in our B2B stack. * Experience with LLM/AI features in production (guardrails, logging, security considerations). * Implement logging, monitor performance, and ship production\-quality code.
