Provide technical support for scheduling systems ### **Role Summary** The Call Confirmation Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for Marriage Reset prospects prior to their scheduled Zoom calls. The role exists to support the sales team by managing calendars, confirming appointments, and ensuring prospects are informed, prepared, and able to attend their evaluations as scheduled. In addition to prospect communication, the role oversees the technical coordination of scheduling systems and integrations and provides first\-line support to resolve access or platform issues that may impact appointment delivery, enabling the sales team to focus on conducting high quality evaluations and enrollments. All interactions are conducted with professionalism, empathy, and adherence to company standards in support of Marriage Reset’s mission to help men strengthen their marriages. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Confirm scheduled Zoom calls and secure written confirmations after booking. * Maintain pre\-call engagement to improve preparedness, trust, and show rates. * Manage sales calendars, including confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations, following internal policies. * Enforce scheduling guidelines to prevent duplicate bookings or misuse. * Review intake information and route prospects appropriately, escalating or disqualifying cases when required. * Ensure scheduling links, calendar integrations, and platforms function accurately. * Provide first\-line technical support for prospects and internal sales team members related to scheduling tools. * Support sales team onboarding with calendar setup and scheduling systems when needed. **Requirements** * 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or operational client\-facing roles. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. * Ability to manage multiple calendars and systems with high attention to detail. * Comfort with web\-based tools and scheduling platforms. * Emotional maturity, discretion, and ability to maintain professional boundaries. * Strong problem\-solving skills, accountability, and process adherence. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in high\-volume, appointment\-driven environments. * Experience working with distributed teams and multiple time zones. * Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools such as GoHighLevel, Close, or similar. * Background in first\-line operational or technical support in remote settings. **Key Competencies** * Clear and professional communication. * Strong organization, reliability, and time management. * Ability to prioritize in fast\-paced environments. * Empathy combined with policy enforcement and escalation discipline. * Team\-oriented mindset with ownership and accountability. **Work Environment \& Compliance** * Fully remote role operating primarily in Eastern Time (EST), with potential coverage during extended hours, weekends, or holidays. * The role requires strict compliance with confidentiality, data protection standards, and company policies. *Marriage Reset is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
