A leading company specializing in elevator installation, maintenance, and modernization seeks a professional to provide technical assistance and oversight for all company technical tasks, ensuring timely and proper execution. This role serves as the operational liaison between the Technical Planner and both in-house and third-party technical teams, both on-site and at the administrative level. Main Responsibilities Assist and supervise on-site technical work (installations, maintenance, and repairs). Provide technical and logistical support to technicians and third-party personnel. Conduct technical surveys for budgeting purposes. Supervise the use of assigned tools, materials, and vehicles. Daily tracking of work orders and progress using management systems. Control of work order closure, technical reports, and photographic documentation. Coordination and assembly of work teams. Control of materials, inventories, and the storage room (pañol). Ongoing reporting to the Technical Planner. Recording of technical staff updates for HR. Answering emergency on-call telephone duties. Team leadership experience. (Mandatory) Storage room (pañol) management experience. Minimum two years’ experience in similar positions, preferably within elevator industry companies. Solid technical knowledge of elevators and familiarity with trade-specific tools. Valid driver’s license (Mandatory). **Completed technical secondary education:** Electronics, Electrician, or Electromechanics. Proficiency with computer tools (Windows, Office, Android).
