* **Pastry Staff Position:** We are seeking a dynamic, proactive individual to prepare and assemble standardized pastries, maintaining quality while respecting ingredients and recipes. Prior knowledge of pastry and baking is required. Proven prior experience in a similar role (mandatory), including handling high-volume production of cakes, specialty cakes, tarts, and other related products. Handle and prepare food for appropriate storage. Monitor the use of equipment and machinery to ensure longevity and prevent misuse. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Saturday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
