Sika has local presence in 100 countries and manufactures in more than 400 factories. **Job Description** * Manage the plant’s general administrative workflow: purchase orders, invoicing, receipt and control of delivery notes, service contracts, supplier management, and related documentation. * Collaborate in cost monitoring and tracking for the department, participating in the loading and monitoring of the operational budget. * Administer maintenance documentation, calibrations, inspections, and legal records associated with operations. * Support the Plant Manager in planning tasks, reporting, and consolidating information for management. * Generate periodic performance reports (e.g., productivity, maintenance, consumption, hours worked, etc.), ensuring data integrity and traceability. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and corporate policies, maintaining up-to-date plant records. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures, Quality Management System standards, and corporate policies, maintaining up-to-date plant records and evidence. * Support internal and external audit management, ensuring availability of supporting documentation. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in administrative roles within industrial or logistics environments.
