Position Summary: Monitoring Operator to process monitoring signals, apply specific procedures, and maintain quality standards while interacting with customers and emergency services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle emergency events with composure and excellent customer service. 2. Resolve cases efficiently while ensuring quality and effectiveness. 3. Meet service and customer care quality standards. We are **ADT Security Services**, currently seeking a **Monitoring Operator for the afternoon shift (4:00 PM to 11:00 PM)** within the **Monitoring Management** department for the Subscriber business. You will process assigned monitoring signals, applying specific procedures for each event type while maintaining the required quality standards at the monitoring center. Responsibilities * Handle emergency, supervision, and service events using specific procedures for each signal type, while also providing customer support and composure, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services. * Use time efficiently to ensure case resolution is accurate, high-quality, and effective. * Meet service quality parameters outlined below: Call duration \- Procedure quality \- Signal processing time \- Productivity \- Customer service quality.
