Requirements: • Prior experience in general maintenance tasks (mandatory). • Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and building repairs. • Ability to work independently and in an organized manner. • Good interpersonal skills and a problem-solving attitude. • Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. • Availability according to work schedule (as per employment modality).
