Your main responsibilities will be: • Procurement of cleaning supplies and materials for construction projects and building maintenance. • Sourcing suppliers. • Evaluating supplier quotations and negotiating better prices and payment terms. • Tracking orders placed with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery. • Maintaining up-to-date records of invoices. • Acquiring practical tools applicable within the company to improve the efficiency of direct and indirect spending processes. • Conducting value mapping and developing a strategic vision of the end-to-end procurement process to support sound decision-making. • Understanding emerging trends focused on managing procurement efficiently through digitalization and automation of routine processes. • Incorporating current best practices to generate value for the company. • Identifying potential levers for cost savings to improve internal productivity. • Developing skills and enhancing specific negotiation abilities. • Monitoring and procuring monthly service subscriptions and negotiating related terms Requirements: • Knowledge of construction materials (mandatory). • Age: between 30 and 45 years • Work experience as a Procurement Analyst, Assistant, Officer, or in related roles. • Proven work experience of 2 to 5 years in similar positions. Preferred. • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel. • Flexibility and proactivity to solve problems in a highly dynamic environment. • Clear and fluent communication. • Strong organizational and negotiation skills. • Willingness to take on new challenges. • We value candidates with leadership skills, empathy, proactivity, and excellent service skills. * University students pursuing professional degrees related to Procurement and Supply Chain Management—such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields—are preferred (but not mandatory).
