




Position Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring Operator for our Operations Center with experience in private security, operational leadership, and excellent judgment for decision-making, to ensure the proper execution, control, and formalization of operational information. Ensures correct application of operational protocols. We are currently seeking a Monitoring Operator for our Operations Center to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in monitoring within private security, operational leadership capabilities, and excellent judgment for decision-making in dynamic contexts. · Position Objective To act as the operational liaison between the operator team and the Operations Center Manager, ensuring proper execution, quality control, and formalization of operational information. To guarantee efficient communication with internal and external customers, as well as appropriate resolution of incidents. Main Responsibilities Monitor the operations team’s activities in real time. Validate, correct, and professionalize operational reports and documentation. Centralize and prioritize communication with internal and external customers. Act as the first escalation level for incidents. Coordinate correct implementation of operational protocols. Intervene in resolving operational and communication-related conflicts. Ensure accurate event logging in systems (Softguard, Vigicontrol, or others). Provide operational support and collaborate in decision-making. Track incidents until closure. Report relevant updates to management. Support team training and continuous improvement. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in an operations center or monitoring (private security). Experience in team leadership or coordination. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Proficiency in monitoring systems (Softguard, Vigicontrol, or others). Excellent formal report writing and documentation skills. Availability for rotating shifts. Completed secondary education (with transcript). High conflict-resolution capability and decision-making ability. Preferred Requirements Experience in direct customer interaction. Knowledge of security and emergency protocols. Experience in large-scale security companies. Education in security, logistics, or related fields. Residence in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires or nearby areas.
