Job Summary: We are seeking an autonomous and creative Instagram Content Creator with experience in ideation and copywriting to reduce toxic exposure in the homes of Spanish-speaking mothers. About Lena Lena supports Spanish-speaking mothers in reducing toxic exposure in their homes. We do this through digital services (online courses, info products, and memberships). We are growing: more followers, more content, new products, new platforms. If you excel at what you do and commit to the project, this is a place where you will grow. Your Responsibilities Your primary responsibility is to create and schedule 3 daily Instagram posts. This includes weekly content planning aligned with the sales calendar: what is being communicated, what the objective is, and what the call-to-action is. Typically, we create content from: Content based on Lena’s prior posts: take an earlier post, change the hook, adjust the carousel, and give it new life. Generic hooks adapted to Lena’s niche: observe a working hook from another account or industry and adapt it to our message. Content inspired by trends or high-performing accounts from other niches, applied to Lena’s messaging. The core of the role is the hook — making someone stop scrolling. That matters most. A fundamental part of the role is closing the loop: if a post promises to send something to users who comment a specific word, that must be delivered, function correctly, and fulfill its purpose. This involves managing flows in ManyChat, reviewing and adapting copy, verifying trigger configurations, and analyzing statistics to fix underperforming elements. Content only makes sense if the full cycle works. How We Work In the first week, we begin with a meeting so you understand Lena’s ecosystem and role details. From there, we co-create together with rapid feedback for adjustments. The goal is for you to be creating independently by week two — we do not want a long adaptation period; we want you fully immersed as soon as possible. Daily communication via WhatsApp. Zoom meetings with camera and recording when necessary. What We’re Looking For Someone who thinks in terms of content, not just executes it. Someone who can analyze a successful account and understand why it works. Someone who can review an older Lena post and identify how to strengthen it. Someone who proposes improvements without waiting to be told what to do. You need real experience creating Instagram content — ideation, copywriting, and measurable results. Ability to quickly grasp a brand’s voice and operate effectively within that universe. Judgment to assess which hooks have potential and which do not. Autonomy to sustain a pace of 3 daily posts without constant supervision, and scale up as needed. We require excellent spelling and attention to detail. AI Use: While we may use AI for content ideation, it cannot replace human work entirely. We do not use AI to write posts or copy. We need you to rapidly adapt to our way of working and, once confident in the role, proactively suggest improvements. Role Details Immediate start. We begin with a 2-week trial: if both parties are satisfied, we continue and grow together. If not, each proceeds independently — no one wastes time. Our intention is for this role to evolve quickly, increasing the number of daily posts and expanding to additional social media platforms.
