Responsibilities: - Execute and oversee comprehensive payroll and wage calculations, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy in every process. - Perform income tax calculations, including generation and submission of required forms. - Prepare and submit Form F. 931. - Enter personnel updates and generate pay slips. - Calculate and manage vacation payments, salary advances, and loans. - Record payroll-related accounting entries. - Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and leaders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
