Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics and Distribution Supervisor to manage personnel, supervise the transportation fleet, plan daily distribution, and ensure delivery quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of personnel and transportation fleet. 2. Planning and control of daily distribution. 3. Continuous improvement of processes and customer service. We are looking for a Logistics and Distribution Supervisor for an important company. Responsibilities: Comprehensive management of assigned personnel (administrative staff, drivers, and assistants). Personnel administration: schedules, overtime, and operational coordination. Control, maintenance, and supervision of the transportation fleet. Planning and control of daily distribution. Monitoring of departure times, routes, and delivery compliance. Logistics cost control: kilometers traveled, fuel, and overtime hours. Hiring and management of service providers. Development and monitoring of the rate schedule. Transportation expense control and service billing. Monitoring of daily and monthly management indicators (KPIs). Ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and quality (service level rate). Customer service and complaint management. Continuous process improvement. Implementation of new clients and projects in the transportation area. Use of management systems. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Relevant experience in the position. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00–21:00. Work modality: On-site. Pacheco area.
