Access to premium AI tools and professional growth Product Engineer (AI\-First) – Full Stack SSR We are looking for Full Stack SSR profiles with a product mindset to join a technology team building a SaaS platform for the music industry. The role combines development, functional analysis, and technical judgment. We seek individuals capable of understanding product requirements, transforming them into actionable technical tasks, and building end\-to\-end features using AI tools as a central part of their daily workflow. What You’ll Do: * Receive briefs and user stories from Product Owners and translate them into technical solutions. * Develop end\-to\-end features (frontend \+ backend). * Use AI tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) as your primary development tool. * Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code. * Participate in agile ceremonies and technical discussions. * Identify opportunities for technical, UX, and performance improvements. * Document features and technical decisions. Mandatory Requirements * 1–3 years of professional software development experience. * Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript. * Knowledge of React and/or Next.js. * Experience using AI tools for programming (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). * Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and decompose problems into concrete tasks. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Availability to work 4 days onsite in Palermo. Bonus Points * Experience with NestJS, Prisma, or PostgreSQL. * Basic knowledge of AWS, Docker, or cloud concepts. * Advanced student or graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Interest in startups, product, and emerging technologies.
