Job Summary: Responsible for controlling, assembling, and distributing sales orders, ensuring product quality and efficiency in the dispatch and delivery process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product control and verification for dispatch. 2. End-to-end management of order assembly and distribution. 3. Collaboration and organization in the warehouse. Inspect assembled products from sales orders as indicated by assembly orders and the system, according to their delivery priority (COUNTER, TURBO, COLLECTION, FLEX, ROUTE SHEET). ● Verify that products are in optimal condition for dispatch. ● Record order assembly in the system. ● Specify the number of packages in route sheet orders. ● Print shipping labels for route sheet deliveries. ● Generate and print the packing list in the system to attach to route sheet merchandise for shipment. ● Monitor merchandise prepared for Mercado Full shipments. ● Archive verified assembly orders. ● Distribute verified sales orders to the packaging area. ● Return surplus products from sales assembly back to stock. ● Request missing products from assemblers during sales assembly. ● Maintain order and cleanliness in the area. ● Assist with tasks assigned by the warehouse section supervisor in other warehouse areas. Assemble sales orders as indicated by assembly orders, according to their delivery priority (COUNTER, TURBO, COLLECTION, FLEX, ROUTE SHEET). ● Assemble products for Mercado Full shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging. ● Verify stock availability across various warehouses. ● Confirm merchandise is located in its designated positions. ● Check that products are fit for shipment. ● Distribute assembled orders to control zones. ● Maintain order and cleanliness across all warehouse areas. ● Assist with any other tasks within the Warehouse Section as assigned by the area supervisor.
