Job Description: ### **We are looking for a Backend Developer at LenoxHR!** At LenoxHR.com, we want to add a Backend Developer with proven experience in .NET Core (C#) and SQL (mandatory) to our team. #### **Requirements:** * Solid experience in development with .NET Core / C# * Proficiency in SQL (Stored Procedures, query optimization, data modeling) * Experience in designing, developing, and implementing APIs and backend services * Good programming practices, version control (Git), and design patterns * Teamwork skills and results-oriented mindset #### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of distributed architectures and microservices * Experience with Docker and/or CI/CD environments * Familiarity with agile tools (Scrum, Jira, Trello, etc.) #### **Work Modality:** * Full time * On-site, with the benefit of remote work
