




Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Analyst with a commercial profile and strong negotiation skills to manage portfolios of delinquent clients, focusing on recovery and achievement of targets in a dynamic environment. Handle objections and resolve complex situations to close agreements. We are looking for a **Collections Analyst**. We seek a commercially minded individual with negotiation ability and a results-driven orientation, eager to grow within a professional and dynamic environment. **Work Mode:** On-site. **Location:** Microcenter, CABA. **Schedule:** Part-time. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Main Responsibilities * Comprehensively manage a client portfolio with delinquency exceeding 90 days. * Analyze each case to determine the optimal negotiation strategy. * Conduct personalized, recovery-oriented negotiations. * Handle objections and resolve complex situations with a focus on closing agreements. * Follow up on payment promises and active agreements. * Meet individually assigned recovery targets. * Record all interactions, agreements, and updates in company systems. * Maintain high standards of communication quality with clients. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes. Requirements * Experience in collections, recoveries, sales, or customer retention. * Experience managing delinquent clients, preferably with delinquency exceeding 90 days. * Ability to negotiate payment plans and secure commitment to settlement. * Experience in high-volume telephone customer service, working against targets and metrics. * Strong objection-handling skills, active listening, and empathy. * Ability to navigate difficult conversations aimed at closing agreements. * Proficiency with management systems, CRM, auto-dialers, or similar tools. * Agility in entering information into systems during live interactions. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in judicial or pre-judicial collections. * Basic knowledge of regulations related to collections or consumer protection. * Basic Excel proficiency.
