Do you want to be part of digital transformation and work on challenging, innovative projects? **What Challenges Await You**: We are looking for candidates willing to join the team responsible for technical and process support for Microsoft 365–related technologies (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, etc.). This team is responsible for advanced resolution of operational issues, activities required to ensure the health and stability of these services for Accenture users, and direct interaction with the vendor. Additionally, team members participate in defining the technical aspects of new capabilities announced by Microsoft to meet Accenture’s requirements. Depending on the role within the team, the candidate may participate in planning, executing, and troubleshooting migrations for SharePoint sites, Exchange mailboxes, M365 groups, and other M365 services, as well as post-migration performance monitoring, data integrity verification, and creation of related technical documentation. We are also seeking individuals focused on M365 security products and email security solutions to ensure adherence to security best practices, timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities, and review/implementation of changes related to existing security solutions within the M365 space. **What Will Make You Successful**: * 3–4 years of professional experience in the IT industry * Experience with M365 technology, delivering various levels of support for any Microsoft Cloud applications (Exchange Online and/or On-Prem, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power BI/Fabric, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) * M365 Threat Protection, Compliance Center, Email Security, Defender for Office 365, Proofpoint * Experience with role-based access controls, M365 Groups, Graph API * Knowledge and experience in PowerShell scripting * Power BI and MS Fabric, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot * Advanced conversational English **A Unique Workplace — Discover the Benefits We Offer You:** Pedidos Ya ‍ ️ Swiss Medical health insurance at no cost for you and your immediate family Connectivity Reimbursement Fully subsidized gym membership Flexible vacation balance Flexible working hours Subsidized certifications Birthday day off Bonuses Accenture Days: 5 additional days off per year.
