At Wärtsilä, we are looking for an **EHSQ Analyst** who wishes to develop expertise in Environment, Health, Safety and Quality within a dynamic and multicultural environment. This is your opportunity to grow in a global company while contributing to operational excellence and the well-being of our teams. **Purpose of the Role** Provide support to the EHSQ Coordinator in managing Environment, Health, Safety and Quality across the **AMER South** region, covering operations at the Workshop, Office, and Field Service teams (~20 technicians). The objective is to ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with Wärtsilä’s Integrated Management System (IMS) standards. **Key Responsibilities** **Health and Safety** * Monitor and report on Safety KPIs (LTI, corporate platforms, mandatory trainings). * Disseminate Safety Flashes and coordinate preventive talks. * Manage occupational medical examinations and wellness programs. * Administer the occupational health management platform. * Coordinate annual EHS program activities. * Support corporate wellness and healthy lifestyle initiatives. **Environment and Sustainability** * Promote sustainability, waste management, and energy efficiency. * Support compliance with local environmental regulations. * Collaborate on environmental risk management in projects and maintenance activities (overhauls, power systems, etc.). **Quality** * Support maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Collaborate on internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001\). **Operational Support** * Provide EHSQ support to customers, Field Services, Agreements, and WAR Workshop. * Ensure compliance with customer EHSQ requirements. * Contribute to added value in Wärtsilä services. **Requirements** * **Education:** Recent graduate or soon-to-graduate in Occupational Health and Safety. * **Experience:** Prior experience in Safety and Hygiene is desirable. * **Certifications:** Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards (valued). * **Tools:** Familiarity with digital platforms and KPI management systems (desirable). * **Competencies:** Analytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks. * **Languages:** Spanish (required) \| English (valued). **Why Wärtsilä?** You will become part of a leading company in marine and energy solutions, committed to innovation, sustainability, and professional development of its employees.
