At **FyG Consultoría**, we are supporting a rapidly expanding startup in its search for a Fleet Coordinator, with emphasis on vehicle control, planning, and comprehensive monitoring. If managing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working directly with drivers, workshops, and internal teams motivates you, this role may be right for you. **Your mission in this role** Ensure fleet availability, order, and proper operation by coordinating maintenance, documentation, and operational movements. You will play a key role in the daily efficiency of the service, guaranteeing clear, organized, and predictable management. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Supervise preventive maintenance and monitor due dates, deadlines, and compliance. * Manage scheduling of drivers for mandatory vehicle inspections. * Coordinate delivery, return, and general condition control of each vehicle. * Verify that all vehicle documentation (VTV, insurance, registration certificates, etc.) is up to date. * Conduct weekly monitoring of driver and vehicle debt balances. * Keep the control dashboard and operational reports updated. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and vehicle usage conditions. * Coordinate with assistants for vehicle transportation, recovery, or workshop entry. * Report vehicle accidents and ensure complete documentation submission. * Assist drivers with inquiries regarding fines, payments, or irregularities. * Identify vehicles requiring workshop entry due to defects or observations. **What competencies are we looking for?** * Organization, operational tracking, and control. * Clear communication and problem-solving ability. * Knowledge of vehicle documentation, regulations, and basic maintenance. * Proficiency in spreadsheets and fleet management systems. * Responsibility, commitment, and attention to detail. ### **Work Modality and Location** Modality: **100% in-person.
