Job Summary: The Precision Assembler will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of various machines and equipment, including hand tools, to perform routine tasks. This position is also responsible for installation, visual inspection, and configuration of machines and equipment within established quality and safety guidelines. Machines and equipment may be manual or computerized. Responsibilities: Operate and maintain machines and equipment. Use hand tools. Transport materials and parts to and from work areas using forklifts and hoists. Ensure smooth production flow. Participate in resolving technical and production issues. Comply with established guidelines and procedures. Adhere to all safety procedures and policies. Perform other assigned tasks. Requirements: Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions. Basic knowledge of mathematics applied to the workshop. Ability to read and follow route sheets/drawings. Ability to train new machine operators. High level of organizational ability. Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, or similar environment. Self-motivation. Experience in machining or a related field. Experience using and interpreting precision measuring instruments. Basic computer skills. High school diploma/GED and 3\-5 years of relevant experience.
