Promote a strong quality culture **A Snapshot of Your Day** A typical day in this role involves working closely with teams across South America to ensure high standards of quality across projects and operations. The professional supports teams stay compliant and continuously improve their processes; analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, drive efficiency, and contribute to cost reduction initiatives. Collaboration with cross\-functional stakeholders is key, as the role acts as a trusted partner in promoting a strong quality culture and delivering consistent value to customers. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Support workflows and continuous improvement initiatives across South America. * Manage productivity program (PUMA Web) tracking, reporting and targets. * Coordinate monthly KPI´s, including BSC updates and monitor action plans. * Control non\-conformities and lead RCA follow\-up for BUOV, S\&R, and warranty topics. * Monitor customer satisfaction results (NPS) and drive improvement action plans. * Plan audits and support internal and external audit activities. **What You Bring** * University Degree in Engineering or a related field. * Professional Experience 2\+ years, experience with Integrated Management System ((ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001\) * Knowledge of process digitalization and automation (workflow automation, reporting automation, data integration) * Ability to work cross\-functionally to standardize and simplify processes * Understanding of production operations and planning, such as machining, welding, heat treatment, assembling process and NDTs. **About the Team** Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector.
