Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise the technical team, organizing vehicle reception and delivery, planning maintenance tasks, and monitoring execution and resource utilization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of the technical team in the workshop. 2. Planning and allocation of maintenance tasks. 3. Monitoring of timeframes, resources, and compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate and supervise the technical team during the assigned shift. Organize vehicle reception and delivery to the workshop. Plan and allocate maintenance tasks according to priorities. Monitor task execution timelines, work order compliance, and resource usage. Record work progress in the system and keep documentation up to date. Verify spare parts availability. Report shift-related updates, incidents, and requirements. Ensure compliance with workshop safety and housekeeping regulations. Knowledge of heavy-duty mechanics, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Scania. Personnel management skills.
