We seek a candidate with analytical insight, dedication to asset security, and the ability to lead teams and vendors in a highly dynamic environment. As a **Security Supervisor**, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing all physical security activities at the terminal, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and international standards.
Your leadership will be critical in protecting people, facilities, and company assets, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuously improving operations aligned with APM Terminals’ culture of continuous improvement.

**Key responsibilities for this role include:**

* Supervising facility security and coordinating physical security and CCTV service providers.
* Ensuring compliance with terminal-established safety and hygiene standards.
* Analyzing incidents and implementing preventive actions to mitigate operational and asset-related risks.
* Participating in the review and continuous improvement of security processes and procedures.
* Coordinating security drills and exercises in accordance with the Port Facility Security Plan (PFSP).
* Managing audits, certifications, and security-related authorizations.
* Driving security training and awareness programs for personnel.
* Administering and coordinating control measures for the secure storage of containers.
**What are we looking for?**
--------------------------
We seek a candidate with strong security judgment, leadership skills, and the ability to operate effectively in complex operational environments.
### **Requirements and experience**
* Technical or university degree in Maritime Security, Public Security, Civil Security, military training, or related fields.
* More than 3 years of experience in similar roles within port, logistics, or industrial sectors.
* Knowledge of national and international security regulations.
* Experience managing contractors, claims, and insurance.
* Familiarity with ISO standards and the Port Facility Security Plan (PFSP) is desirable.
* Basic or intermediate English proficiency.
* Leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
* Analytical ability, results orientation, and decision-making capability.
