JOB SEARCH — PLANT SUPERVISOR We are currently looking for a Plant Supervisor to join our Production team. Position Objective Ensure the plant operates correctly, fulfill the daily production plan efficiently, orderly, and with quality, lead the operational team, and promote continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities Execute and supervise the production plan. Organize work shifts and ensure position coverage. Lead and support the operational team. Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overtime. Guarantee compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards (GMP, HACCP, traceability). Identify process deviations, equipment failures, and coordinate corrective actions. Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper use of PPE. Monitor raw materials, waste, and efficient resource utilization. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Distribution, and HR departments. Report plant status to the Operations Manager. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in food production plants, leading teams. Knowledge of production processes and quality and hygiene standards. Experience in people management, shift scheduling, and production KPIs. Profile with operational leadership, strong communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
