Strengthen trust-based relationships, ensuring achievement of defined objectives and goals. Present periodic performance reports to accounts, identify and manage deviations. * **Coordination of Commercial Campaigns and Promotions:** Design and coordinate commercial campaign timelines across internal teams and partners. Define promotions aligned with business objectives. * **Operational Management and Internal Coordination:** Act as liaison between partners and internal teams (e.g., Product, Legal, etc.) to ensure smooth execution. Implement required platform adjustments in collaboration with the Product team. * **Account Farming and Area Growth:** Develop existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities within the current portfolio. Maintain a clear commercial focus to maximize value delivered to strategic partners. * **Strategic Exposure:** Lead commercial initiatives and serve as Despegar’s primary point of contact for key commercial partners.
