Position Objective Support and lead the strategic sourcing team in developing and implementing strategies for the company/region/division/business unit. Build and develop a supplier base for the procurement of materials, products, and services. Be responsible for supplier quality, delivery, performance, and establishing an appropriate material replenishment process. Coordinate and lead efforts to address chronic supplier performance issues. Facilitate quality planning activities with suppliers. Responsibilities * Execute planning activities within a medium\/high-complexity supply chain, operating within a defined framework\/system. * Conduct supplier management activities, either to support others or to meet role requirements. * Collect and analyze data using predefined tools, methods, and formats. * Interpret data and identify potential responses. * Plan and coordinate product and process testing and inspection. Implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives and monitor them to ensure effectiveness. * Contribute to reviewing existing operations within one’s own area of responsibility and generate new ideas to help identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Develop knowledge and understanding of organizational policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, to ensure one’s own work complies with such standards. * Resolve complex inquiries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information regarding policies and\/or procedures, and escalating more complex issues to others. * Develop, update, and provide support for best practices in complex Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems, advising colleagues as needed and leveraging one’s experience to help improve processes. Requirements * Advanced student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. (Mandatory) * Minimum two years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in English to conduct daily conversations, video calls, presentations, emails, chats, etc. (Mandatory) * Availability to work in a hybrid mode in Granadero Baigorria \- Santa Fe (Mandatory) * Experience using Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and SAP. * Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and logistics. * Skills in effective communication, teamwork, and flexibility. * Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment (Mandatory).
