Job Objective Increase John Deere's market share in key Planting and Spraying products by enhancing customer relevance and their experience with the brand. Increase customer adoption rate of Planting and Spraying technology through solution alignment. Ensure dealers have defined appropriate Planting and Spraying solutions for target customers and can properly articulate the value of the solution. Key Responsibilities * Work closely with Deere's field team (Territory Managers, Precision Agriculture Specialists, Dealer Development Managers and Tactical Solution Specialists) and dealership management (Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Integrated Solutions Manager, Service Manager and others). * Serve as a strategic partner to dealers by providing technical expertise on John Deere PLA Planting and Spraying solutions, developing and promoting a customer-oriented solution that includes products, technology, consultative dealership services, and after-sales support. * Articulate the value proposition of the complete Planting and Spraying solution and create enablers within the dealership structure to deliver it effectively to customers. * Collaborate with Territory Managers on areas such as dealer development, market and competitive analysis, sales funnel, seasonality, and planning. * Share responsibility for sales results, market share, and customer satisfaction through a differentiated brand experience with John Deere and PLA by John Deere. * Work with regional organization and branch teams, providing feedback on agricultural systems, trends, agronomic practices, market positioning, competitor movements, etc., to strengthen market strategies, tactical actions, and planning. Requirements * Advanced student or graduate in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields * Valid driver's license (mandatory) * Availability to travel for most of the work week (mandatory) * Experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer support for Planting and Spraying products * Understanding of market segmentation and grain agricultural production systems (mandatory) * Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills * Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and/or requests * In-depth knowledge of planting, spraying, precision agriculture technology, customers, competitors, and market.
