Position Objective Plan, coordinate, and perform design, testing, and/or analysis tasks for a complete project of moderate scope or for a significant portion or subsystem of a large and diverse project. Work as part of a team, contributing ideas for design solutions and participating in design reviews. Responsibilities * Contribute to the analysis of information, specification of methods, and process steps for machinery and equipment required to design and continuously improve manufacturing or material processes and process systems, in order to deliver the final product within specified cost and quality parameters. * Contribute to the development and implementation of feasibility testing for proposed engineering solutions to provide feedback and data validating the design. * Contribute to the analysis of information, drafting of engineering standards and specifications, and evaluation of the effectiveness of such standards to inform work within the organization and/or its suppliers, contractors, and consultants. * Identify deficiencies in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them. * Carry out small to medium-scale projects by working within an established program management plan. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices. * Collaborate with other professional teams to ensure service users receive consistent and seamless support that meets their needs. * Create and maintain complex technical and/or user documentation to a high standard, and back up files to ensure immediate recovery in case of issues. * Conduct inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering work and/or the integrity of existing facilities or structures, and make recommendations regarding necessary repair work to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements. Requirements * At least 3 years of experience in similar roles (mandatory) * Advanced student or graduate in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (mandatory) * Advanced proficiency in English for daily communication (mandatory) * Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical mechanisms, and 3D design tools. * Knowledge of SAP. * Ability to build relationships and work in a team.
